By registering for or using OpinioTap.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding agreement. Each member may hold only one account. Some surveys carry additional eligibility requirements defined by the research partner. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. Member Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information in your profile and survey responses.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
  • Respect the confidentiality of survey content where required by a study.

3. Survey Participation Rules

Participation is voluntary. You may decline any survey, and survey availability depends on your profile and the requirements of active studies. We do not guarantee a minimum number of surveys, a fixed level of activity, or any specific income. Honest, thoughtful answers help maintain data quality and keep your account in good standing.

Rushing through surveys, providing inconsistent answers, or failing attention checks may result in disqualification from a study without a reward.

4. Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of our research, we monitor for fraudulent or abusive activity. Prohibited behaviour includes creating multiple accounts, using automated tools or bots, providing false information, manipulating responses, or attempting to game the reward system. Suspected fraud may lead to disqualification, forfeiture of rewards and account closure.

5. Account Suspension Conditions

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, provides repeatedly low-quality responses, or remains inactive for an extended period. Where appropriate, we will aim to notify you, though immediate action may be taken in cases of suspected fraud or security risk.

6. Reward Policies

Rewards are offered only for surveys that are successfully completed and qualified according to the requirements of the relevant study. Reward amounts and availability vary by project. Rewards may be subject to a validation period and minimum thresholds before they can be issued through supported methods such as Easypaisa or JazzCash. We reserve the right to withhold rewards associated with disqualified, incomplete or fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on OpinioTap.com — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations and software — is owned by or licensed to OpinioTap and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Survey materials provided by research partners remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpinioTap provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, survey availability, or reward processing delays. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
